PUBLIC NOTICE OF CALL OF ELECTION TO QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE MOUNTAIN CLUB DOMESTIC WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, YAVAPAI COUNTY, ARIZONA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Mountain Club Domestic Water Improvement District (the “District”), located in Yavapai County, has called an election to be held on November 3, 2026, for the purpose of electing members of the District’s Board of Directors. The following positions will be filled at the election:

• Two (2) Board Member positions, each for a term of four (4) years

The election will be conducted by the Yavapai County Elections Department.

Persons desiring to become candidates must file nomination petitions and nomination papers with the Yavapai County Elections Department, 1015 Fair St, Prescott, AZ 86305.

Filing period: June 6 , 2026 through July 6, 2026

The last date to register to vote in this election is October 5, 2026.
